Diabetic Friendly Cooking Class: Healthy Holiday Snacks

This cooking class is geared towards patients with diabetes or prediabetes and will be taught with a registered dietician. Featured dishes: Roasted & Spiced Chickpeas, Chinese Five Spice Kale Chips, Spinach Artichoke Dip & Low-Carb Rosemary Flax Crackers.

General Cooking Class Information

Each cooking class is a unique hands-on experience where you can learn everything from basic knife skills and sanitation to beautifully garnishing the finished product.

Purchasing one spot in our cooking class entitles you to a station to share with another registered participant, use of our kitchen equipment, all the necessary ingredients to create the described dishes & in depth chef instruction.

Each cooking class takes place in our teaching kitchen at The Changed Plate.
